Rates are $100.00 per night

- 50% deposit is required for all reservations, personal checks only, balance at check-in, cash or personal check, no credit cards accepted. - Deposit must be received 7 days after booking to guarantee reservation. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. - In the event of cancellation, deposit will be returned (less 15% of the total stay) if notification is received 10 days prior to arrival. Less than 10 days, no refund. - The regular rate will be charged if the guest arrives after or departs before the dates of their guaranteed reservation. - Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. - Sorry no pets or children, smoking- outside only. - Rates subject to change without notification.
